Founder. Innovator. Entrepreneur.

After graduating from California State University in Fullerton with a degree in Business Administration, Bill Issler started his career by working in the steel drafting engineering field. After 19 years, he went on to work with an engineering software company where he developed a software project called FabSuite. After deciding to sell in 2018, Bill began to consider where he could make a further impact in both the skilled trades industry as well as a spiritual impact with those who shared his Christian faith.

Bill has since founded Epika Studios, Industry Lift, and Virtuous VR Gaming - all companies that align with his vision for impact and his passion for virtual reality technology.

Epika Studios brings the Bible to Life with virtual reality technology - transporting you to tours of the Holy Land, immersing you in biblically based games like David vs. Goliath and Noah’s Ark, transporting you to Christian concerts, and more.

Bill started VVRG in 2019 to create and support high-quality, family-friendly projects that are not only fun to play, but can also impact lives and society for good.

Industry Lift was created in 2018 as a Public Benefit Corporation dedicated to providing the platform, people and resources to serve the skilled trades industry. Industry Lift partners with trade associations to help young people become aware of fulfilling career opportunities through the use of immersive virtual technology – thus filling the gap being left as older generations retire.

Bill currently resides in Williamsburg, VA.
